tbis therapy took away my Carpal tunnel sindrome pain in hands in just 2 sessions.. I wish I knew about this method sooner because ive been struggling with the pain (especially at work ) but now its completely gone (and I'm still at the same job,doing the same activities).

I have TMJ, jaw problems, that causes tension and pain in my neck, shoulders and even affects my hips that overtime have become misaligned making one leg little bit longer than the other.

I have had 4 appointments with Solveiga and her therapy has been the biggest help with my situation.

My neck is less tense, in the mornings I don’t feel the stiffness in my jaw from teeth grinding, and I actually think it’s gotten much better because she relieved some muscle tension in my massater muscles.
My shoulders are relaxed, before if I wanted to do deep stretch, I felt resistance and sharp pain and couldn’t do it, but now it’s gone and I can get good deep stretch.
My hips are much better because of my relief in neck and shoulders, but I feel that I need a few more appointments to get to the result I want.

I strongly recommend Solveiga's SCENAR therapy to anyone who suffers from chronic pain, tension, body misalignment etc., and wants to get treatment that doesn’t include medication and/or invasive medical procedures!
